These terms govern your use of the RSLV Systems website and outline the general terms under which we provide engineering services. Specific engagement terms, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual client agreements or statements of work.

Engagement model

RSLV Systems provides custom software development, AI engineering, automation, and data analysis services on a project or retainer basis. Scope, pricing, and timelines are established during a paid or unpaid consultation prior to any engagement beginning.

Pricing

Engineering work is quoted individually based on project scope and complexity. No fixed public pricing is listed on this site; all pricing is discussed and confirmed in writing before work commences.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed statement of work, ownership of custom-built deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. RSLV Systems retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal methodologies used to deliver the work.

Limitation of liability

RSLV Systems will perform services with professional care consistent with industry standards. Except as otherwise agreed in a signed contract, RSLV Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered systems.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
