RSLV Systems ("RSLV", "we", "us") designs and delivers custom software, AI engineering, automation, and data analysis services for enterprise clients. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through this site.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, project brief, and budget range you provide. We do not collect payment information through this site — engagement pricing and billing are handled directly with each client during onboarding.

How we use information

Submitted information is used solely to evaluate and respond to consultation requests, scope engagements, and communicate about active or prospective projects. We do not sell or rent contact information to third parties.

Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to complete the engagement review and follow-up communication, and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for a legitimate business purpose.

Third-party processors

Form submissions are processed through Netlify's form-handling infrastructure. Netlify's own privacy practices apply to data in transit through their systems.
